  • Yes—once your provider clears you. We’ll guide you through safe, low-impact movements that help you maintain strength, mobility, and pelvic floor health throughout your pregnancy. Every move can be adjusted to your comfort level.

  • No problem. Our classes are low-impact but high-return. You’ll move at your own pace, with plenty of options to make each exercise work for your body. The goal isn’t to “keep up”—it’s to build strength and confidence over time.

  • The Maia Method is ideal for rebuilding deep core strength after surgery. We focus on reconnecting your breath, improving scar tissue mobility, and restoring pelvic floor function—at a pace that’s safe for your recovery.
