Core + Restore is our foundational class that blends slow-flow, progressive movements with breathwork to gently rebuild your pelvic floor strength and deep core. This restorative workout helps you reconnect to your body, improve stability, and lay the groundwork for strength and confidence - —perfect for those newly postpartum or anyone looking for a slower-paced, restorative workout.
Monthly classes will be hosted once a month. Reconnect, rebuild, and strengthen from the inside out.
