Pelvic Floor, Prenatal & Postpartum Personal Training in Westfield, NJ
What Is Maia Method Personal Training?
Maia Method Personal Training is a 1:1 pelvic floor and deep core strength experience designed for prenatal, postpartum, and women looking to build true foundational strength.
Rooted in our breath-led method, sessions combine pelvic floor and deep core activation with intentional strength training — helping you feel stronger, more toned, and more confident in your body.
This is not random exercise.
It’s intelligent, guided, and built around how your body is designed to move and heal.
Who It’s For
Our 1:1 personal training is ideal for women who are:
Are newly postpartum and ready to rebuild strength safely
Are pregnant and want intentional, guided strength training
Have finished physical therapy and want continued support
Feel disconnected from their core or pelvic floor
Want to get strong without guessing
Whether you’re six weeks postpartum or years beyond childbirth, this work meets you where you are.
*Maia Method Personal Training is not a substitute for individualized pelvic floor physical therapy. If you are experiencing significant pain, pressure, prolapse symptoms, or other pelvic health concerns, we recommend consulting with a licensed pelvic health physical therapist for personalized evaluation and care. Personal training can be a supportive next step or complement to physical therapy when appropriate.

What Makes Maia Method Different
A Breath-Led, Foundation-First Approach
The foundation of Maia Method Personal Training is breath.
We focus on reconnecting to your pelvic floor and deep core first - teaching the body how to activate, lengthen, and respond appropriately before layering on strength.
Each session combines:
Pelvic floor and deep core activation
Intentional, progressive strength training
Proper pressure management
Mobility and release work to support balanced function
Full-body strength for long-term results
This approach bridges the gap between rehabilitation and traditional fitness — helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.
