Dr. Nicole Salge, PT, DPT, IADN Certified Specialist, is the founder of Catalyst Physical Therapy & Wellness, a patient-centered physical therapy practice located in Clark, NJ - specializing in women's pelvic health. Dr. Nicole deeply values holistic healing and whole-body wellness, and she approaches her patient care with these values in mind. 

She treats a variety of issues such as pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, low back or SI joint pain, and issues that arise in pregnancy or postpartum such as diastasis recti or symphysis pubis dysfunction.
