What Is Pelvic Floor Group Fitness?

The Maia Method is a first-of-its-kind, in-person group workout designed to support the strength and lengthening of your pelvic floor and deep core. Using functional, low-impact movements, expert-led cueing, and intentional breath work, we bridge the gap between core rehab and traditional fitness — helping women safely progress from recovery to full-body strength.
