What Is Maia Maternity
Maia Maternity is a structured 12-week postpartum strength program combining:
Weekly BYO Baby Small-Group Classes
Bring-your-baby postpartum strength training group fitness classes with breath-led pelvic floor and deep core integration.
Progressive 12-Week Plan
A structured at-home weekly workout that builds week by week - including breath, core, strength, and recovery flows.
Education + Community
Expert-informed postpartum education and private support from women in the same season.
A Supportive Space
A supportive space where you’re rebuilding alongside women in the same season - where postpartum strength feels intentional, not rushed.
Designed to help you feel strong, informed, and confident in your body again.
What’s Included

Weekly small-group postpartum classes (1x week), focused on breath-led strength training and deep core integration.
Each class includes:
• Pelvic floor-aware cueing
• Breath-led movement patterns
• Layered progressions
• Individualized coaching
• A supportive space where your baby can stay beside you -
Between classes, you'll follow a guided at home progression designed to build your strength safely and intentionally.
Weekly 10-15 minute at home workouts include:
• breath progression
• core integration flow
• foundation strength session
• recovery and release guidance -
Throughout the program, you'll have access to insights and resources from experts who support women during this stage of recovery, including:
• Nutrition guidance from postpartum dietitians
• Pelvic floor education from pelvic health physical therapists
• Sleep support from professional sleep consultants
• Postpartum recovery insights from chiropractors -
You'll also join a private community of mamas navigating the same stage of life.

We recommend that women experiencing significant pelvic pain, pressure, leaking, or prolapse symptoms consult with a pelvic floor physical therapist for individualized care.
Maia Method is designed to support postpartum strength and can complement clinical care when appropriate.
